[Samba] CONFIG.POL

[Bob Crandell]

In Control Panel/Passwords the top choice is selected, "All users of this computer
use the same preferences and desktop settings."

I just realized I haven't been addressing this to the list.  Sorry.  I need to pay
better attention.
