[Samba] Error in compiling from new SAMBA_2_2 On OpenBSD 3.1

Change this to DYNEXP=-Wl,-Bdynamic

The current value was submittd from a FreeBSD person.
I find ti ironic that it doesn't work on OpenBSD.
I'll try to get a BSD VMware session up later today
for testing.
