[Samba] Can Win Clients change passwords?

If the user is log into the domain, then when s/he changes the computer 
pasword, the domain password is changed as well, in win2k just press crtl, 
alt delete and choos password, in win9x go to the controlpanel, passwords 
and choos the change other password option.
