[Samba] using swat

hello all,

 I am trying to create a samba user using swat, but it
always complains that the user is not in the
/etc/passwd database as it should, I tryed using "log
level = 100" but nothing shows up on the log file.

here is  the config file for my samba server, I've
been playing with values.

please advice.
