[Samba] Samba 2.2.4

We use SUSE Linux 7.2 with Samba 2.2.4 (Kernel 2.4.18, XFS file systems)
how file-server. On file-server We use FoxPro DBF files.
For the file-server connected 40 users, which using DBF files.
Working in the FoxPro programs fine, if I conecting with Network
by the Administrator Controller Domains.
When I connected another users, working in the FoxPro programs so many times.
(Open, close and found DDF files doing 2-5 sec.) Why? Tell me please.
