[Samba] NetBIOS name of 15-characters still doesn't work

I just tried this with the released 2.2.4 on IRIX to a NT4 PDC and it
works. (I don't have a W2K PDC handy to try but I'll create one and
give it a shot). I even used your netbios name in case it was something
strange with the name. No problem. Can you try 2.2.4 on your platforms
and let me know what happens?
