[Samba] Smbstatus No Locked files

When you use a web browser on any port besides 80 you need to make sure that
there is a http:// at the beginning of the URL.

By the way, one has nothing to do with the other.

No locked files means that samba has not locked any file. This is not an error
message, it is not a bad thing.

Page cannot be displayed means that your web browser cannot find a web page.

Good luck,
Matt
