[Samba] Errors in logs.

I have a samba+winbind configuration that is used as a public share from all
the users that are currently login in the nt4 domain controller.
all is working ok, winbind is ok, the permissions are sets correclty,
uid/gid to sid asignation is ok.
but i see this error in the logs. im using samba 2.2.3-pre and the
workstations are winnt 4 wrkstation.

" smbd/oplock.c:oplock_breaks  [1878]:   oplock_break: client failure in
oplock break in file Mame2/cfg/default.cfg"
" server nss_wins[3602]:   read_socket_data: recv failure for 4. Error =
Connection reset by peer"

the samba server is used as a wins server.
1) represent this errors (are continously) any danger to the shared files?
2)  the same configuration was used in the past but the file server instead
to be a samba was a nt server and all works ok.
