[Samba] PC Windows, PC Linux, Macintosh Windows => Share and Accounts

Hi,

At our entreprise, we have differents machines :
- PC with Windows.
- PC with Linux.
- Macintosh with Windows.

We would like two things :
- The differents OS share the same accounts base.
- The Macintosh can access the Windows Share.

Do u know what is the best way to do this ?

LDAP, Kerberos, Samba ?
Installing a linux file server with apple talk ?
