[Samba] suddenly its not possible to load server-based profile when loggin on

Hi folks,
I'm running Samba 2.2.2 as a PDC for W2k-clients. Everything used to work
just fine, but since yesterday the server-based profile couldn't be read at
logon. Cleints tells "Access denied". The logfile tells:

[2002/03/24 16:29:24, 0] rpc_server/srv_netlog.c:api_net_sam_logon(208)
  api_net_sam_logon: Failed to marshall NET_R_SAM_LOGON.
[2002/03/24 16:29:24, 0] rpc_server/srv_pipe.c:api_rpcTNP(1204)
  api_rpcTNP: api_netlog_rpc: NET_SAMLOGON failed.

Can someone please help me ?
I have no idea whats going wrong, because absolutely nothing has beend
changed at the PDC for 3 weeks now, and it suddenly stopped working prperly
wihtout any reason.
What do I have to do to get it working again ?
