[Samba] reg swat.

I am using Red hat 7.1 with xinetd. When I configured samba during
installation with --prefix option
(./configure --prefix=/usr/local/samba) I got a sbin directory in it and
swat executable was there. When i invoked swat with web browser i got an
error saying "chdir failed....". But when i configured next time without any
prefix option (after deleting the whole source), it got installed in the
same location but sbin directory was missing and the swat and other
executables which were there in the sbin dir was now in bin dir. I made the
changes in /etc/xinetd.d/swat file to point to the current swat excutable
and now the swat is working fine.
