Hello
I use FreeBSD 4.5STABLE with Samba 2.2.3a and two clients (1x Win98SE and 1x
Win95 OSR2, with Update for encryption). If I use Samba without encryption I
can access from all client on my server and all works fine. If I use Samba
with encryption the samba server don't allow me to access the shares.
I done the following:
- Install the samba sources with the defaults
- Read all stuff in the doc directories
- Search in the mailinglist archive
- Set smbpasswd as described in encryption.html
- Set and unset the registry key HKEY_Local_Machine/System/CurrentControlSet
/Services/VxD/Vnetsup
All without success. What do I wrong? I also attached you my log.smd with
two denied sessions and my smb.conf.
Thank you in advance.

# This is the main Samba configuration file. You should read the
# smb.conf(5) manual page in order to understand the options listed
# here. Samba has a huge number of configurable options (perhaps too
# many!) most of which are not shown in this example
#
# Any line which starts with a ; (semi-colon) or a # (hash)
# is a comment and is ignored. In this example we will use a #
# for commentry and a ; for parts of the config file that you
# may wish to enable
#
# NOTE: Whenever you modify this file you should run the command "testparm"
# to check that you have not many any basic syntactic errors.
