Yapadapadoo,
I've got the solution,
on SCO OpenServer 5.0.X there is a daemon running, named "nbd"
listening on port 137/139.
He's started up from the script /etc/netbios.
Just rename the startupscripts in /etc/rc0.d and /etc/rc2.d
and reboot the SCO-Box.
