[Samba] Address already in use on samba 2.2.3.a

Hi there,

when I try to start the nmbd -D daemon on my OpenServer5.0.5 box,
I'll get the errormessage in log.nmbd:
[...]
[2002/03/12 19:30:18, 0] nmbd/nmbd.c:(783)
  Netbios nameserver version 2.2.3a started.
  Copyright Andrew Tridgell and the Samba Team 1994-2002

  bind failed on port 137 socket_addr = 0.0.0.0.
  Error = Address already in use
[...)

but there is no process on port 137:
# lsof -i -P | egrep ":137|:139"
smbd     912   root    8u  inet 0xf0ced800      0t0  TCP osr5:139 (LISTEN)

any ideas ?
