sorry, but I forgot to tell you some important things:

- from the win98-Client, I'm able to connect to the LINUX-Samba-Server,
but not to the OSR5-Samba-Server (Error-message:53)

- without the entry: 	wins support = Yes 
in the smb.conf on the OSR5-Samba-Server, 
I'm not able to start the nmbd-process.
He will terminated with following messages in the log.nmbd:

[2002/03/11 22:46:40, 0] nmbd/nmbd.c:(783)
  Netbios nameserver version 2.2.3a started.
  Copyright Andrew Tridgell and the Samba Team 1994-2002
[2002/03/11 22:46:41, 0] lib/util_sock.c:(789)
  bind failed on port 137 socket_addr = 0.0.0.0.
  Error = Address already in use
