[Samba] samba and pdc in the same network

Hi,

I am about to migrate from NT4-PDC to Samba 2.2.3a .

When migration is done, all shares on the PDC will be disabled, but the
server should remain online since there still a few ASP-Pages on IIS.

Are there any (browsing-)issues, having both(NT4-PDC and Samba-PDC) in
the same ip-subnet? The workgroup/domain-Names are different.
