[Samba] 'Network Busy' - indeed

This is on a dial-up internet connection. I don't have named daemon running.
I don't have it running on other networks the same as this. See my previous
post of it occurring only when the ppp0 link is active.

Make sure you have a *LOCAL* dns server that has *ALL* of your local LAN
ips in reverse and forward DNS.

Make sure all your boxen use your local dns server.
