[Samba] Locking problems and upgrade to 2.2.3a

I didn't have any problems with this update.

Back up your old samba, install the new one, leave the config as it 
was and try if you are happy. If you get problems with printing you 
may set "dissable spoolss = yes" in smb.conf to leave the old lanman 
printing. Watch for oplock problems in your logs and may by be set 
"oplocks = no" in smb.conf if your users report problems. Once you 
feel confortable with 2.2.3a, you may start to configure the new 
features. But I would wait for 2.2.4 for the [print$]-share or get 
the cvs.
