[Samba] Can Samba integrate with NIS?

If you do not use encrypred passwords (you don't need the PDC stuff 
and you are on a private network), NIS is fine for samba 
authentication, no smbpasswd needed.

With encrypred passwords you can use "security = server" in smb.conf 
and NIS for the accounts. No need to replicate smbpasswd. Alos look 
into "security = domain"
