[Samba] Win2000 - Very Slow opening files from Samba Share

When we upgraded to 2.2.3a, speed increased dramatically with w2k clients
opening files, especially excel with embedded VB macros.  Apologies in
advance to the list for sounding like a Micro$oft help desk employee, but
you should upgrade.  :)
