[Samba] Replacing ^M Windows return char to $ AIX return char

When moving files from windows to AIX using a samba share, the file
mantains the return character (^M), and it adds the AIX return char ($).
Is there a way to suppress the "^M" from the files when has been copied
from windows to AIX using samba?
