[Samba] wbinfo returns subset of all the users (stale data?)

I am gradually learning winbindd here, and i think I have some stale 
user entries showing up.  How do I clean this up / reset this?

I dutifully added a credentialed user via 
wbinfo -A 'administrator%passwd' 

Now  RestrictAnonymous = 1 does not stop wbinfo -u from working, but I
get a small (6/)subset of users back.  What gives?  How do I reset
this?

GENEARRAY+allan
GENEARRAY+garoot
GENEARRAY+Guest
GENEARRAY+IUSR_ARRAY13
GENEARRAY+IWAM_ARRAY13
GENEARRAY+wynston

[root at array22 source]# wbinfo -t
Secret is good
[root at array22 source]# 

I know I'm missing something here -
