[Samba] Problem uploading printer drivers

Use the APW in "Printers on <machinename>" to get the drivers uploaded.

Also, check that the W32X86 and WIN40 directories are created, and make
sure
they are writable as well.

I'm going to be writing up my "Adventures with Samba, Winbind, printer and
Windows 2000" soon and will forward the URL to the list when it's done.
