[Samba] samba-2.2.5 -- a minor "make install" problem and 2 suggestions

I'll take a look.  We are not planning anymore 2.2.x releases 
and this time and intend to sole focus on 3.0.  Your repquests seem 
reasonable though and the patch is much appreciated.
