[Samba] Samba 2.2.4 on Solaris Sparc reporting "cannot create a SAM SID "

My server it's a local master browser  which has an active sharing .

When I try to start the smbd , the log reads :

  ERROR: Samba cannot create a SAM SID.

and the sharing cannot be visible from the other machines on the 
workgroup...
