[Samba] BIGGGGG Probem

im having an error in samba pertaining to it being unable to open a udp socket, and because of this my windows xp box is unable to open the samba box, the samba box is debian and i installed the newest debpackage of samba today and this issue began. The exact error is "open_oplock_ipc: Failed to get local UDP socket for address 100007f Error was Cannot assign requested address" Please help!
