[Samba] locking files...

Does Samba have the ability to lock a specific file after a given number
of users has accessed that file?

For example: You have 5 liscenses for a given program that is run from a
Samba share.  After 5 people have accessed the file, the file is locked
so that no more individuals have access to the file.
