[Samba] smbpasswd

Do not mix the smbpasswd file and the smbpasswd program. You have to 
run the the programm (/usr/local/samba/bin/smbpasswd) to change the 
file (/usr/local/samba/private/smbpasswd). You are trying to run the 
file.
