[Samba] Denying access to a same document by different users ?

Hi all,

On our development plateform, we need to deny access at the same time for
modification to a document to more than 1 user...

I have tryied the "strict loking" parameter, but nothing happens...

We are using ultraedit or textpad text editors to open theses documents over
the lan...

Has anyone a solution to prevent a document shared in a Samba share, to be
modifyed by more than 1 user at the same time ?
Being open in read only mode would be good...

Ps : here is an extract of my smb.conf file :
