[Samba] Dangers of oplock break wait time

Specifically, I am referring to this note in the man page:

	"DO NOT CHANGE THIS PARAMETER UNLESS YOU HAVE READ AND 	UNDERSTOOD THE
SAMBA OPLOCK CODE."
