[Samba] SWAT errors

I am fully confident that I have SWAT installed and all the necessary
components in the appropriate place. Everything matches EXACLY to the
manual. In reading briefly thru the archives I saw articles mentioning a
patch and such. Apparently I am not the only one having problems. Is there a
source that I can download for swat ONLY and compile and install to get it
up and running?
