[Samba] rejected the tconX - Error

I'm seeing the following error in the logs. It's only from one machine,
none of the others generate the error.

The basic error is:
"connect_to_client: machine KW1 rejected the tconX on the IPC$ share.
Error was : NT_STATUS_ACCESS_DENIED."

How can I find out what is causing this and how to cure it?
