[Samba] change permission under windows

Hello

Excuse me for my poor english but I'm french! lol
I've a problem when I change folder permission.
If I set a folder --> read only
The change is made to all files and folders
It's ok.
But when I verify by right clicking, there is nothing 
checked. No read only checked!
But all my file and folder are really read only.

You will say : you want to set read only and it's does it. 
Where is the problem.
The problem is when I want to uncheck read only.
I can't do this because read only is not check on my folder.

Is anyone can help me ?
