[Samba] Samba 2.2.5 as PDC for Win2k(SP2)

Hi all, 

I have configured Samba as PDC for win 2k clients. Im getting error when
I try to change Domain membership of Win 2k client. The error is,

"The specified domain either does not exist or could not be contacted".

At the MS support site I found this,

I cannot relate the "sysvol is not shared" with Samba setup I have done.
Any cluess ??
