[Samba] Samba stops working on HP-UX 11

Yes.  I've seen the problem on two different machines.

On one, (8 CPU, 8 GB RAM, N-Class), I've got nfile set to 4049 and
nflocks at 2048.

On the other (B1000) nfile is 3000, nflocks is 200 - this one only has
2-4 clients.
