You are going to have to provide a lot more information for anyone to be 
able to help you.

Start with:
- kernel version
- samba version
- the exact command used (except for passwords and other sensitive stuff)
- the full responses from that commands (not just the last one)
  and don't re-type it, use copy and paste so that all details remain

But also check the standard stuff like incorrect password, domain, 
username.
