[Samba] Win98s and Samba

Hello Everyone,
I am relatively new to linux and Samba and I am having some difficulties
setting Samba up as a Primary Domain Controller.
Ihave read the Pdf document called "Using Samba as a PDC" by
developrWorks and I have read most of the Howto documents relating to Samba.
When I try to connect to my samba server with Win98se I get the message
"no Domain server was able to validate your password...".
I have attached a copy of the smb.conf file that I made to try to set up
the PDC.
Whe I set up my Win98 machine I followed the instructions in the PDF
document by developerWorks; I includedd computer name. workgroup name,
User-Level access control, Wins resolution and IP address.
I also cot a copy the TCPDUMP and logged the lan trafic when I tried to
log my win98 machine into my samba server. I attached a copy of the
output of the TCPDUMP program in a file called log.txt.
On my samba server I also set up the appropriate machine and user
accounts to enable the win98 machine to connect to the server. I was
sure to run the smbpasswd utility to make sure that samba had the right
passwords and still I couldn't get it to work.
Is there anyone out there that is able to help me here. I would greatly
appreciate any help from someone who can stear me in the right direction.
