[Samba] Getting samba to require authentication on every connection

We actually do - but windows automaticly supplies a password, so the
user never sees it.  You might see if some fun&games with security=share
solves the problem, but this is a client, not a server problem.  (Which
makes solving it from the server end a real bugger).
