Subject: [Samba] Problems installing Samba

Hi all,

I have a problem when installing Samba. I've completely removed the 3
modules of the old version and are now trying to install 2.2.4-2. However
during the rpm install I get the following.

Looking for old /etc/smb.conf
Looking for old /etc/smbusers
Looking for old /etc/lmhosts
Looking for old /etc/MACHINE.SID
Looking for old /etc/smbpasswd
Moving tdb files in /var/lock/samba/*.tdb to /var/cache/samba/*.tdb
inetd: no process killed
Installing stack version of /etc/pam.d/samba
/var/tmp/rpm-tmp.25576: /bin/linuxconf: no such file or directory
error: execution of %trigger scriptlet from linuxconf-1.16r3.2-2 failed,
exit status 127

Anyone understand this? Can you tell me whats gone wrong and how to fix it?

Many thanks

Ash
