I have the following situation:

backbone
--------------------------------------------->
     | |
---------------- ----------------
| 192.168.10.1 | | 192.168.10.2 |
| SOL | | RA |
| | | |
| 10.0.0.1 | ----------------
----------------
     |
     | windows net
-----------------------------------------------
             | | |
             | | |
           10.0.0.2 10.0.0.3 10.0.0.4
              windows 98 machines

- Samba is running on SOL and RA
- SOL is a WINS server
- SOL has ipchains setup to masquerade 10.0.0.0/0

I can see and use the shares configured on SOL but I can't get to the
shares on RA from the windows machines.

Is there an easy way, other than mounting the RA shares on SOL and
re-exporting them, to gain access to RA's shares from the windows
machines?

Thanks in advance.

A conclusion is simply the place where you got tired of thinking.
