[Samba] smbclient can't find this new XP

I just can't figure out my smbclient -L will show me the shares on most of our
workgroups PCs,  XPs, and PC's outside our workgroup,  whether I know the share
password or not,  whether they're in my UNIX etc/hosts file or not..  Except my
XP.

And it looks like some PCs think Librarian is the master of the workgroup, some
think nelsonxp is the master.
