[Samba] Configuration of disk quotas!

Configure the quota in the underlaying OS, eg. linux, solaris, .... 
Then you are fine. If you want to be smart to your users compaile 
samba with --with-quotas, so that each user sees its soft-quota and 
not the size of the disk.
