[Samba]Using Terminal Server services with Samba

Hi everybody,
Firs, i am a very poor user of Samba, this is the first time i use it and
this is for a client ! ! !
Well, the problem is the following :
I use Samba 2.2.x, as a PDC in a Windows 2000 network.
I have a stand-alone server with W2K and the terminal server services
running on it.
BUT :
To allow people to connect to the W2K server, i have to run the " licence
terminal services manager " on a Domain Controller server ! ! !
So my question is :
How can i install a NT4 or W2K server as a BDC in the domain wher the Samba
server is the PDC

OR

How can i do to have a NT4 or W2K PDC in his own domain and make trusted
relationship between the 2 domains ? ? ? ?
