[Samba]linux crash and Invalid handle error message

I have three RH7.1 linux servers running samba2.2.2.  One working 
well for 6 months have been dumped to the 2 others.  Those 2 children 
has crashed completely several times, here is the kernel messages:

I found this in the smbd logs, could you help me understanding what 
Invalid handle could come from and is that can explain the kernel 
crash ?  All services work fine when the machine is not crashed/
