On another thread, a poster asked if there were some one to speed up samba when refreshing print queues. He has a lot of them. The answer seems to be no. Is there a way to run multiple smbd's simultaneously, each listening to a different port or interface alias, and each smbd only responsible for a subset of printers? Joel
