samba pdc + win 2000 clients

Simple solution, open user manager (not quite sure what it is on 2K, I use 
NT), and add Domain Users to the Group you want your users to be in, eg. 
Administrators.

Note that you add users to the group, not vice versa, that's the way M$ 
want it.
