How to do it right..

Hello List -
Installed today a RedHat7.2 server with lot of storage.  I would like to 
share the storage via samba to the rest of the MS network.

I have win95/win98/NT4/Win2k clients.

What is the best way to setup the samba server?  User Access? Passwords 
encryption and synchronization etc....
File permissions are also a important part.

Any experiences, pointers,hits, and tricks would be great.
