smbpasswd ?

This is extremely confusing to people but definitely intentional if you
look at the code. I think we need to rewrite the man page to show
different syntax for root users and normal users because some of
the other options don't quite work as you would expect in non-root mode.

Also there is a -L option in the code that isn't documented in the
man page.

Any takers on someone to rewrite the man page?
