The network path was not found or unexpected error

I have a server (RH7.2+samba2.2.1a) I am trying to setup to share files to a
local network of Win98  machines.  They need to be writable to everyone and
I don't want to use passwords or  any accounts.

I have samba up and running on my Linux box, I can mount windows shares with
it, other Linux shares, and its own shares.
