[samba] prefix missing in subject

I think this would be a very useful addition to the subject line as 
well.  

However, I have a procmail receipt that works nearly 100% of the time for 
this list.  My receipt is as fillows:

:0
* ^Delivered-To.*samba.org
$MAILDIR/Lists/Samba/
